securitywarehouse
Hi I am looking for an alarm for a workshop/shed, 1 opening window, 1 fixed window and double doors. I have used Scantronic previously and therefore would like the following:- Scantronic 9448, with 2 contact switches, a glass break sensor, Elmdene INT400 and a battery. (I have avoided PIR\\\'s because of false alarms) Could you advise if this is suitable or are there better options, please advise battery type for above. Secware_Tech6
you will have to use a 2.1-2.3 A/h battery in that panel as that is all it will accept. I would advise you back up your glassbreak sensor with some trap protection. Maybe a dualtec movement detector? But yes what you have is a workable config
