pedders
Wire them all back separately, you will have more flexibility when programming then, If you wired them all in series then they will all have to be one circuit/zone type.
rocky
ok great so each pir will be in a separat zone if i wire each one separate?
Secware_Tech6
yes. It's best imho to have only a device per zone. This will then allow easy identification of the device that alarmed etc. You will wire the circuit pair ie zone 2 to the alarm pair in the detector. rocky
do i have to use the tamper wires? everywhere i read it says the alarm & tamper should be in series? or can i wire each tamper wire straight back to the panel
Secware_Tech6
you do cable them back to the panel but they need to electrically be in series on a double pole global tamper panel.
