Secware_Tech6 Posted April 28, 2008 Share Posted April 28, 2008 Jay The prosys is a great panel, but is only available through official channels if you have had the full training and are a professional installer. It is defenetly one for the pro's. Hopefully you will get full docs with it etc. Risco wont support it unless you hold a valid training cert. We only supply ProSYS's with that info. Secware_Tech6 Posted April 28, 2008 Share Posted April 28, 2008 You might find one, but id advise you find your contractor first. Also you will need a prosys installer. You can add keypads to it but you will need to correct keypad for your version of panel. Im guessing you have just bought a panel only? It is suitable for home use, but its supposed to be a pro only panel due to its complexity. We currently cant supply it without written approval from risco.
