Hi looking for some help, fitted new Accenta/Optima panel and LCD key pad every thing working great, but just cant set the quick set single key setting been all through the engineers programing and getting no where.

Can any one please help?

From the engineer manual

 

Flag 2 - Options

Single Key Set

When this flag is set to ON, it allows the panel to be set by pressing the [sET] button. A code entry is not

required. However, a 4-digit code is required to Unset the panel. Pressing the [1] button toggles the flag ON

or OFF.

 

Have you enabled that option?

Thanks now working fine, one other question is there such a thing as a window contact+vibration sensor combined if so what is it called and who makes it, seems a pity to have to fit both if there is a combined unit
