hi... should be recieving my alarm from you trammorow and want to take a go at installing it my self.... but looking at the wires my sons layed 8 core instead of six  :-\... and than for the internal speaker they did not feed the wire to the control panel instead the fed it to the keypad  :-\. what can i do can i use the 8 core wire? and what about the internal speaker... and plus they layed the 8core for everything which is the bell box... PIR,s . Thanks guys by the way the alarm i purchased is ADE Honeywell Accenta Mini Gen4 with LCD Keypad hope that helps thanks!

the 8 core will be fine just leave 2 of the cores spare.

re the speaker you can't run that from the keypad.

its also not advised to run a speaker signal with any other cables. it would work but can cause data corruption on the keypad lines. your mileage may vary
