aleexl93 Posted April 29, 2020 Author Posted April 29, 2020 Yeah we have one of them but we haven't touched it or even used it? could a wire have gone faulty on it? Quote
Secware_Tech6 Posted April 29, 2020 Posted April 29, 2020 Just now, aleexl93 said: Yeah we have one of them but we haven't touched it or even used it? could a wire have gone faulty on it? yes, the reed could be failing, the unit could be half pressed etc etc. Intruder alarms need regular servicing to keep them healthy. When was it last serviced? Can you post a pic of the PA button showing the window next to the reset keyhole Quote
aleexl93 Posted April 29, 2020 Author Posted April 29, 2020 is that okay? Im not too sure when it was last serviced. Dont think it ever has to be honest Quote
Secware_Tech6 Posted April 29, 2020 Posted April 29, 2020 It needs servicing or things like this heppen It looks like you have an issue on the pa circuit could be a failing button, cable, bad connection or panel. It's over 20 years old by the looks Quote
