Hi, last week we ordered an ACT smart1070, to say I was a little surprised you had one in is an understatement, however received the goods, upon opening them to find the item is a SECOND HAND USED ITEM, did not impress me, even less impressed to find it does not work, As we could not find a phone number for you we have posted here, hopefully someone will respond to us soon.

Hi the order number is 73019, why are things so difficult, why can't you just answer the phone or ring people. It's bad enough you have sent second hand faulty equipment, never mind messing people about. I have done as you ask on your phone message and emailed info@securitywarehouse but got a email back of my own email with no comments.
