Replacing an old alarm keypad

Hi there, I have just moved to a new house with an old Sterling 10 alarm system with 2 PIRs, it works but the keypad is very worn and I have no idea how to program it. I was thinking of getting the Euro mini keypad to replace just the keypad, see attached image with wiring. Will this work?

no the sterling 10 is long obsolete and you will need to replace the panel and the keypad.
