Axis 207 Performance and recording

Featured Replies

Hi, I am considering purchase of 2 or 3 Axis 207 cameras. I need to be able to view the images on a single web page and set a feature to record if triggered by motion detection at certain times (ie after 6pm). Please could you advise if I will require additional software of any kind and also what is the light level 0.5lux? I nderstand this is low but can you give me some idea of just how dark this is?

Many thanks

Dan.

The 207's include a basic copy of axis camera software limited to one camera.

There is no way to make this do 3 other than to run the software on 3 different machines.

Axis supply a basic 4 camera base pack that allows full recording and displaying of upto 4 cameras. This can be upgraded with 1 channel upgrade packs.

Its a very good package.

Alternatively you could take a look at the basic milestone package which is a cheaper option
