matt6697 Posted May 19, 2016 Share Posted May 19, 2016 Hi, Recently installed a Galaxy 2-20 for a client and they said they have had trouble unsettling the system before, so went round and checked everything, front door is on a door contact and set as final door, detector near front door is programmed as exit. Now I noticed that when unsettling they leave the front door open, could this stop them unsettling the system?, I don't see why not myself?, although I did notice that he said when he unset the system he entered the code and then pressed A, which is the procedure for setting the system Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
stuart_mcg Posted May 19, 2016 Share Posted May 19, 2016 The default for the panel is to only allow the prox fob to unset the system on full set entry.
