Featured Replies

Hi,

I installed the LCD panel yesterday. and the screen just froze a few hours after I set the alarm. The keypad was unresponsive and showing time and date on the screen. I powered the alarm off and when I reconnected it, the LCD panel was still unresponsive but the screen was showing

The keys are NOT responding.

Any help?
Thanks in advance.

I've got the same issue...

Alarm fitted and working fine for several months.

Started getting a fault on set from a single PIR.

Changed the PIR and had no problem for a few weeks, last night I get the fault again.

Decided to disconnect the PIR, now the panel is stuck showing the above code.

Doing a factory reset doesn't ckear it...

Anyone got any ideas??

The keypad is on the wall behind the box, so the cables only about a foot long anyway.

I rang Honeywell, told me that the fault code is a comms issue in the keypad and it's beyond help...
