Secware Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 I have a Scantronic I-ON 40 which is installed in a closet upstairs along with the wired keypad which has the LCD display and speaker (the one supplied with the control panel). I also have a i-rk01 wireless keypad downstairs for setting/unsetting the system upon entry/exit. Unfortunately, because the i-rk01 does not have a display or a speaker, it's pretty much useless as you can't hear or see what you're doing from downstairs. I am unable to relocate the wired keypad downstairs as I cannot run a cable, so is there an option to purchase a wireless keypad with a display or speaker? Or is there a separate wireless speaker that I can simply install in the closet downstairs alongside the wireless keypad to at least provide sound feedback? Or any other alternative you can suggest?! admin Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 You could consider a louder speaker (ie 16 Ohm) ind fit that outside the cupboard Quote
