No matter which setting I use for the Address switch I can't get the expander to register as installed, just as 1 or 2 extra keypads. Any Ideas? Secware Posted October 12, 2009 Share Posted October 12, 2009 Hi, Please could you let me know how many keypads you have on your system, because the Prem 24 will take up to 4 remotes but if you have three already in use, you can't use the EXP4 as that takes the space of two keypads, for the additional zone expansion.
