hi, i have a 595 keypad that the fobs have stopped working (code numbers ok) ,that i installed 3 months ago,how do i go about replacing, do i need to buy a spare one, then ask for a refund on the old one , thanks

Please could I ask you if you have tried to relearn them back in again, if this does not work, please raise a ticket with your order number so I can forward to our Returns department to get this sorted for you as quick as possible.
