Patel7 Posted February 1, 2008 Share Posted February 1, 2008 Hello I installed a month ago scantronic 9651 the alarm goes in to fault mode When i read the log it states 'bad checksum' could you tell me what this , also it sometimes come up plug by communications is out , but i check the sd2 DIALLER it is functioning, line is ok If the same line is on a non filtered dsl telephone line could this interfere Thanks Mr Patel Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Id suggest you have a faulty panel. If you havnt done so please contact technical and they will authorise an RMA number so we can swap this panel for you.
