9651 Fault

Hello

 

I installed a month ago scantronic 9651 the alarm goes in to fault mode

 

When i read the log it states            'bad checksum'    could you tell me what this , also it sometimes come up plug by communications is out , but i check the sd2 DIALLER it is functioning, line is ok

 

If the same line is on a non filtered dsl telephone line could this interfere ???

No a non filtered line could not cause this. Id suggest you have a faulty panel. If you havnt done so please contact technical and they will authorise an RMA number so we can swap this panel for you.
