I have a Scantronic 9800 keypad acting as the main control (I have a second unit at the back door)

The number 3 pad is not working, please suggest a solution as I understand this panel is no longer available.

    Im afraid the 9800 is now long obsolete and parts are no longer available. The 9651 or 9751 are both suitable replacements
