[Ticket Question] Texecom Odyssey Faulty Bell?

texecom odyssey bell box appears to be faulty, I have checked the voltages and the tamper circuit but the bell is active constantly.

Is there anything that can be done about this?

The sounder requires a negative trigger to operate. Is the panel giving out a negative trigger? Is the control panel programmed as scb?

To be sure then

1 ensure sounder is in SAB mode

2 connect only hold off voltages

3 ensure all tamper switches are closed

4 ensure high security bell is not enabled
