Problem with Panasonic BLC-20

I previously sent this by email but received an automated response saying to post on this forum.

I ordered a Panasonic BLC20 network camera from you on 12 June 2008. It was working fine until recently when it has become unresponsive. The network setup program does not detect the existence of the camera when it is set to wired mode and connected either directly into the computer or into the router.

The factory reset button does not seem to have any affect. The routers Ethernet socket lights up when the camera is connected and set to wired and I've tried using a different cable. I've also tried entering the MAC address directly into the setup program and disabling all firewalls to no avail. Please advise.

I'm not sure exactly when it failed as I left it unattended for some time before I noticed. I think I changed the key used on my wi-fi network at some point as I had lost the old key, if I did then that's probably when it lost its connectivity. I've not been able to reconfigure it though by setting the switch to wired and pressing in the factory reset button. The power indicator also does not light up - it was disabled in the configuration but does not light even after factory reset. I've tried pressing in the factory reset button briefly and also holding it in for 20 seconds or so.

The camera arrived back last week. The power light now comes on when plugging it in. Unfortunately though, the camera was returned back to me without the CD and so I don't have the setup program which is required to connect to and configure the camera.

Please could someone either supply me with another CD or a location from which I can download it?
