dear all,

 

Since I have had no replies and cannot reach you by phone either, I cancel my order # 12731. Can you please fully remove me as a client from your website? I do not seem to be able to remove my order or my client information.

I have cancelled your order.

However id be interested where we failed? i notice you selected to pay by bank transfer but no payment was recieved so the order was 'awaiting transfer'
