I am unable to enrol the KP-141 PG2(June2013) to the Power Master 30 alarm system(Nov2012):

 

- Full enrolment procedure: I select the * key on the keypad until the LED turns on and then release the * key. The Power Master 30 alarm system (i.e. Add New Device -> Enrol Now) indicates on its display, "Incompatible Device".

 

- Pre-enrolment procedure: I enter the Id of the device into the Power Master 30 alarm system and it is accepted (i.e. Add New Device -> Enter Id). However, the Power Master 30 alarm system indicates that the keypad cannot be networked.

    It sounds like the Kp-141 you are trying to use has the wrong region code... On the back of the unit it should have a number in this format - (868-#:###)

    with the #'s being numbers, I need to know what that code is please.
