imh Posted May 9, 2009 Share Posted May 9, 2009 I have just sent an email to security warehouse, but it looks like this is the preferred method of communication so I have copied my message below. I have just been and collected my order from the courier (order number 12574). Upon opening the package I have noticed that you have sent me the wrong product. I ordered 2 x Texecom IMPAQPlus With Built in Contact and you have sent me 2 x standard IMPAQPlus sensor without the contact. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I need this sensors for a job I have booked in for wednesday. Please advise how you will replace these sensors in time. However there is a sticker on the end of the product denoting which version it is. Can you confirm you do indeed have the wrong item? imh Posted May 10, 2009 Author Share Posted May 10, 2009 Hi, thanks for the reply. Apologies, I have just checked the box and they are marked with the magnetic contact sticker. I assumed they were incorrect as I could not see the reed switch in the box, but I have just opened up the case on one of the sensors and the reed switch is inside this. Sorry again! Ian.
