I've also sent a fax (last week) but no response..!! I purchased 1 Risco Gardtec G-Tag keypad last year on order 7119 and I ordered 2 more recently on order 11893 (see below). I have now looked into this and will try to get them sent out today. If not it will be tomorrow now, but i will let you know as soon as they are despatched.
