Dear Sir or Madam,

 

I have sent two emails via your website but there were problems with this last time I used it as your spam filter had a problem with my email address. I've also sent a fax (last week) but no response..!!

 

I purchased 1 Risco Gardtec G-Tag keypad last year on order 7119 and I ordered 2 more recently on order 11893 (see below).  The first one was a 6 wire keypad and the next two are 4 wire.  According to the installation details you can

    Many thanks.. I'll get the two keypads in the post ASAP.  I assume once you recieve them back you will ship the correct (6 wire) ones to the original delivery address?

    You should have the two 4 wire keypads by now.  Could you advise when the 6 wire ones will be sent out please?  Or do you add these as an order on my account so I can track it?

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, as i assumed this was being dealt with by returns.

    I have now looked into this and will try to get them sent out today. If not it will be tomorrow now, but i will let you know as soon as they are despatched.

     

    Im sorry about this Roy, i shoudl of kept an eye on your return as it was non standard
