Missing Wintex download link

The physical part of my order number #11499 placed on 13th March arrived, but I still do not have a link to download Texecom Wintex. My order shows "NOTE: Downloads are not available until payment has been confirmed". I've emailed twice and had no reply. Could you have a look please, or just email me the .zip ?

I have checked your account and the download should be available. If you have a look in your order history there will be be a button next to the product for download.

However i have also emailed the zip file to your registered email account.

The download button never did appear in my order history, but thanks for sending the file as an email.
