The sounder on the control panel works correctly but the remote keypad emits no sound at all when being used to set the system. Is it a setting problem, a wiring problem or a defective remote keypad?

    id suggest you have a problem on the 'sound' cable to your kepads.

    Test by disconnecting all keypad wiring and testing with a short (approx 1m) of cable from the panel to the keypad. If you still get no tones, send an email to technical@securitywarehouse.co.uk and we will arrange an rma number to swap it.
