securitywarehouse Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 I have a system in a gun club that uses the scantronic 9800 which is now becoming unreliable due to its age. It is also in a humid environment which does not help! I would like to replace the unit with a new one so am interested in the 9752. Could you tell me if this is a good choice and if it is then can I (not an alarm engineer but good with electronics) swop the unit over easily. Thank you for your advice. S. Cooke Quote
FastCar Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 As it is a gun club , I would at least consult your insurance company to ask what level of system you require.I would also get a quote from a local registered installation company , it may not be as expensive as you think , they will do a risk assessment and advise accordingly. But to answer you original query , yes the 9752 is a worthy replacement.
