I currently have a optima 8ep g3 system and i am looking to replace it with a more secure system. It is for a domestic install and needs to be wireless and deal with two cats. Reading the posts i am thinking about the system below:

 

Galaxy 2-20 starter kit

Eurosec Xs3d blue bell box live and xsd cover

secware 4 way internal sounder

honeywell domonial pet immune pir

 

Am i on the right lines???  :-\

Yes, those are compatible, but using wireless does limit you to that manufacturer. ie if you want to use say a bosch tri-tech or a crow etc.

 

Wired gives more flexibilty of equipment.. but obviously needs wires.

Thanks for the prompt response. As i have access to floorboards and am able to chase into walls etc etc, which wired system would you recommend. Again it is to replace the existing system and needs to be pet friendly.......
