anybody help as to why the is no 13v supply from the circuit board which means no supply to the pirs or door sensors.

this is a new installation. all fuses checked ok but no back light to key pad either.

I can put panel into engineering mode and day mode but that is all.

All wiring has been removed and any links refitted but still nothing from the 13v.

hope someone can help!

Have you checked all fuses? I know you have mentioned you have but there are various locations.

Also remove all 12v wiring and sounder to check its not a wiring fault.

To be completly sure removal All cabling and check outputs.

How are you testing the fuses?

fuses checed by removing and testing with multi meter.

all wiring removed from 13v and 0v and again tested with multi meter. no voltaged indicated.

all wiring removed from external sounder - link fitted to T-A - tested again - no voltage.

Removed PIR cover - tamper alarm sounds.

all wiring removed from tamper - link fitted - no voltage at 13v contact

only thing left is to remove all wiring from all contacts fit all links and test. do that tomorrow but dont hold your breath.

Tried to set system from user settings. All zone neons light up indicating fault.

Thanks for your reply much appreciated.
