Thank you very much for your prompt reply.
The status of the order now says cancelled, so I will await the refund to my credit card and then try again.
But I am guessing that I will have the same problem again. We do not have postcodes in Ireland, but when registering for your website, you have to fill in some details in the postcode field. Could I ask what you would suggest I fill into that field, as it is mandatory?
