Intruder Alarms

I have a speech-box with my powermax pro. No problem. But I just want to hear the internal speech-box speaker. Not the control-panel speaker that I don't want to hear. How to have only the speech-box sound ?

In my house I got a security system called Gardtec and i think it is Risco / Gardtec Contour LED RKP (580 series) because mine does look like this one as it is show on this website. i would like to use this security system however i cant reset the program or set it. I been looking on the internet i belive i need the engineer code or master code to reset the program but i dont have this codes. Could you please help me where or how can i get this codes to reset it or how much is it cost for engineer to come to do it for me !? Will it help if i purchase the control panel ( Risco / Gardtec Contour LED RKP (580 series) to set the program

Can you tell me if I were to buy 2 or 3 different system PIR's would they all work in any alarm system. I have a system fitted that requires additional PIR units for more protection. I have had a home security police team look over my house. I would be grateful for any advice on this matter.

Hi, I installed risco cpx with novaguard 2 years ago, would anyone know what onboard battery (nimh I dthink)oes novaguard 6 comes with?is it 6v or 8.4 volts?my cpx panel is asking me this. The reason I am asking is because in logs I get Nov 1 chg(ma) Hi and Nov 1 on-chg Hi even though all the parameters are correct,not sure if this could be to do with me not setting the correct battery volts. the error in logs have been there since day 1 but last last I had a false alarm and in log it said " external bell tamper" and I want to just rule the volt setting out. Hello, I just received the LCD panel, but it seems not possible to change the language as described above. Is gives me only some software version information (See attached picture), not buttons work to change the language. Is there a other way to change the language or a different sequence that I have to follow?

I have some problems with my WL siren (MCS-730). I have enrolled it as siren 1. When I check signal strength (diagnostics) there is strong connection between the CPU and S1. The tamper alarm works, the tamper alarm is shown on the CPU and it is in state not ready until the siren is back to normal again. My system is a PowerMax+ UK 1.47. However the (external) siren does not react (no sound or strobe) when there is an alarm in the system. How could I fix this problem?

Hi, I have the ADE honeywell accenta mini gen 4 with LCD keypad and as second pad I have the Simple Set Reader.Can I buy the ADE Infomaer speech dialler and use it on this hardware? I also want to buy a 16ohm internal speaker. Now I have set 2 programms, 1 for in the day when we are going (every PIR is on) and 1 for night use (all PIRs are on downstars but upstairs they are off). Now my Simple Set REader is upstairs, how can I program it that only program2 for night is on when I go with the FOB on the pad? Thanks

In some reason dialer installed at customer site is not working properly. Condition of test I did: 1) Dialler installed next to Master BT socket 2) Line is connected to "Line A" and "Line B" on the dialler 3) BT socket connected to "Tel A" and "Tel B" on the dialler 4) All devices disconnected from BT socket (eg Telephones, Card Payments Machines, Routers) After alarm is triggered I get the below in random order: 1) Sometimes I receive phone call from dialer and there is just silent for about 60sec 2) Sometimes is just message to press confirmation code. I purchased a Powermax plus alarm system from yourselves 3.5 years ago. Has been working fine, but I seem to have lost the Master User code, I did change them from the default. It has been working perfectly but I now need to remove a sensor from the system. How can I reset the codes. I tried the jumper reset but this had no effect.

(outdoor) Blueline PIR Detector We live on a very large property with three large dogs in the garden. 2.What I would like to do is divide the property into 4 security zones which can be armed and disarmed independently. I am looking to upgrade the security at one of our premises using a Net enabled alarm and CCTV system I note one option is the new Honeywell alarm system in the Galaxy range , assuming you cover it, could you pl update the costs for the model called Galaxy Flex. Also wanted to know if you have option to connect outdoor IR Sensor at the perimeter, to these alarm system. My local engineer told me that I-on 40 that you offer can be connected to these systems, eg BX-80N or NR model from OPTEX. Can this also be connected to galaxy model eg dimension flex etc
