My order #12613 is stalled, "Anti fraud measure: unverified Pay Pal account, please advise" I have verified my PayPal account. You already got my money. Why haven't you sent my order? A friend that have a webshop that uses Pay Pal tried, and he can see that my account i verified, so why cant you?

My company is based in Spain, VAT registered in Spain not UK, I also want the goods to be delivered to Spain. Other business I conduct with UK firms are zero registered for VAT, yet when I try to make a puchase on your website VAT is included. (Inter European Community Operations are exempt of VAT, you can check the validity of any eropean vat number at http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vieshome.do?selectedLanguage=EN ) If we can clear up this point I will make a purchase, I have telephoned but I couldn't speak to anyone.

Hello I am living in France. Try to pay my bill with PayPal on your site but can't. At the end of the checkout on your site, a paypal window opens and ask for register a new card. As I already have a paypal account, I cannot register the same card a second time and cannot do any other choice, so, blocked. Dou you know what to do??
