hi there can you please help asap i have got a pyronix bell box off you and a veritas alarm system i have installed it for my costumer and every thing works except when the alarm goes off the bell box does not the strobe works and when you take off the front of the bell box it stets off the alarm and works it self .

    Do a bell test or set off the PA ( 1 + 3 at the RKP ) this should trigger the siren , if it sounds then you have a programing issue.If it doesnt sound try linking a wire between 0v and the bell trigger B , this should trigger the siren , if it doesnt you have a wiring fault.
