I ALREADY HAVE A VERITAS 8C SECURITY PANEL FITTED AND EVERYTHING WORKS FINE APART FROM THE BUTTONS. THE NUMBERS HAVE ALMOST RUBBED OFF AND SOME BUTTONS ARE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY WHEN BEING PRESSED. MY QUESTION IS ...IF I PURCHASE A NEW VERITAS 8C PANEL FROM YOU CAN I USE THE FRONT PART OF THE NEW PANEL TOGETHER WITH THE BUTTONS TO REPLACE THE OLD FRONT.

    If you are able , just replace the whole panel , the newer panels (2000 onwards) have a few extra features , also if your buttons are dieing , other things could be due to fail.Replace the battery at the same time.
