However I have had a new front door fitted which meant using a new surface mounted reed sensor for my entry/Exit contact wired in series with my back door sensor. I want to check my zone settings. I want to reset my entry time to 30secs, unfortunately I am unable to programme the zones, the display just keeps going back to "do you want to Program Chime" and will not allow me to proceed further to Program Zones. Have you any idea how I can get to the program zones. I have done a factory reset, ie:- disconnected the power, etc but to no avail. Have I pressed something I shouldn't have? I have had this unit for a few years now and it has served me well, so I would appreciate any help to get is sorted. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
FastCar Posted March 14, 2011 Share Posted March 14, 2011 You will need the installing engineers code , this is used to program all the different settings of the system.If you do not have it , then the system will have to be defaulted back to factory settings , BUT there is a chance the code could have been locked, meaning you can do no programming.
