i ordered and installed an ade alarm system, the customer has asked if i can clear the event log, i have looked but this is not shown in the manual.

 

can this be done ( hopefully from the key pad )

    With most , if not all panels , even defaulting a panel will not wipe the log.It will however write over itself as more events are logged.
