Hi, I’m thinking of installing a Pyronix wireless security system with live alarm boxes at the front and rear, including 4 pet friendly PIRs and 3 door contacts. I would like to operate the alarm from my phone. What price would the system be and could I come in to you office to discuss. Please advise.

There is no telephone socket near by so want to link to WiFi network and get notifications via mobile app. What system is there available.

Hi, we are looking for a ?security chain? to attach to an out-board boat engine. Should the chain be tampered with we would like an alarm to sound in the house, not at the boat, maybe 30 metres away. Do you have anything suitable? Thanks

Hi, Do you have any 240v CCTV cameras, when run an old system and each camera is on 220-240v power with BNC connections? I've seen some cameras that may be the right type but wanted you help.

We would like to upgrade our CCTV system with your Secware Pro 1080 DVR and one Secware Eco 2MP AHD camera to run over existing BNC coax. Is it possible to use the existing (non-AHD) cameras on this box at the same time? or would we need to upgrade ALL the cameras to AHD ones? Thanks for your Help.

Hello I have a Honeywell Galaxy Dimension Alarm system, with the plastic housing RF module and a mk7 keypad fitted. I am looking to upgrade to Galaxy Flex to make use of the App, and also the mk8 keypad. My current system has several faults I cannot clear, and unfortunately my Alarm installer has gone AWOL and he has changed the default engineer codes. Can you let me know if this would be the right kit to replace my current panel: Model: C005-S1-E1+CP051-01+A083-00-02 - £208.65 Ex VAT And do you sell the backup battery to suit this new panel

Good afternoon, I consider buying a Visonic Powermaster33 system. My premises are in Germany, and operating a UK system in Germany may cause some headache (or not). Is it possible to connect said system to non-UK alarm response services? I have been told that UK systems are locked to UK response services which would render the whole system useless for people in other countries. I already know that there are some restrictions concerning the interoperability of devices. Please shade light on the topic. Thanks in advance!

Hello I am having trouble finding a suitable hybrid wired/wireless alarm system. I have owned an alarm system in Australia, but I am having trouble finding a solution which re-creates the features that alarm had. The panel is for domestic purposes, and I would like it to have: * A wired door entry pin code pad * Be able to use a mixture of wired and wireless PIR/Glass break detectors/and shock detectors (Last one where possible) * The door contacts must be wireless, and as discrete as possible * Wired external bell box/strobe * The panel must be able to do part sets : eg, night mode > full perimeter armed,internal PIRs off, no delay on front door Home mode > Selectable perimeter contacts armed, PIRs off, delay on main entry to allow code to be entered Full arm > No one is home, all PIRs and permieter sensors armed with no delay. * Phone dialler would be nice. * Not interested in Key fobs or App control * Wireless Panic Alarm (Eg next to bed) would be nice. Do you stock any solutions that fit this criteria?

Existing flush contact does not seem to be working, could a couple of layers of paint be the problem? Same contact has been in place in front door for 30 plus years, why the problem all of a sudden? Recently bought a new contact to replace, any does & donts?

Hi, I have a Honeywell Flex 20 C005-E2-K04I with Mk8 Keyprox Keypad and Ethernet and I am looking for IR detectors. what do you recommend? I am not interested in wireless detectors, could you please also advise which smoke detector, door magnet and RF portal card is required? Doesn't have to be Honeywell.

Hi, I was looking at something like the Scantronic 9651 to replace my faulty C&K Securitech 700L control unit. However I was wondering if there is something I could get that would replace my control unit and use my existing hard-wired PIRs, door contacts etc., but adds 'smart' functions like alerts to smartphone when the alarm goes off, remote unsetting to let a neighbor in etc.? What is the difference between Texecom Premier TD-W and GJD D-Tect X wireless? Are they both intended to perform the same job? Is there any drawback for Texecom product compared to the GJD one? How can i choose between these two?

Do you have any products that detect vibration to the door itself rather than the frame: concerned that a frame mounted sensor may not be sensitive enough. The unit we received is a EE1215W Universal transmitter. We need to look at getting a receiver for it. The switch we have generates a wireless signal that has to go back to something to then make the actual switch. All we have is the transmitter. I would need to install a receiver into our product in order to make it switch on and off

Hi, I am looking to purchase some proximity tags / cards that will work with a Pyronix Enforcer alarm (info on the user manual says RINS1548-4 Software 9.13), I am also looking at getting an external reader to go out by the front door. Please could you let me know which products are suitable, not too expensive mind!

Dear Sir or Madam I want advice and information on products that you might have that would suit my needs. I want to automatically switch on my driveway lights when, after dark, a pedestrian or vehicle comes into the gateway or starts up the driveway upon leaving the house, so I will need two sensors. I would like to use break-beam technology rather than PIR so that I can have the beam approximately 75 to 100 centimetres off the ground where it will not be triggered by dogs etc. I expect that when the beam is broken a signal will be sent to switching circuitry inside the house which will turn on the lights. The lights should stay on for about 5 minutes before turning off again. The distance from the gateway to the house is about 42 metres and then it is about another 6 metres inside the house to where the switching circuitry will be installed. There will be eight lights wired in parallel, each fitted with a 9-Watt LED bulb. I would prefer the break-beam sensors to be solar powered and that they should transmit the signal wirelessly. I would like to know if you have appropriate sensors and switching circuitry.

I’ve got a customer who wants a zone removing and an extra door contact adding to an existing hardwired system. Is there an converter or interface panel that can sit aside the control box and run a wireless zone? Any advice would be welcome.
