    Hi there thanks for your reply, yes the contact works fine when metered and the door is opened and closed . it is a new panel and on looking online it seems to be a common problem

    Hello, I have just installed an Accenta G4 mini. when I do a walk test all door contacts come up 1 and all PIRS show 0 until they are ch3cked and when they are they show 1 as expected. when the alarm is set it shows setting Fault at front door . The G4 mini was a replacement for my G4 metal and both wiring diagrams are the same . can anyone advise what the problem maybe thanks
