Intruder alarm recommendations please

Please could you give me some advice on a wired alarm system to replace the aging Scantronic 808 system fitted to our house.

 

I am a chartered electrical engineer, used to complex programmable industrial control equipment so will self install.

 

The basic spec is:-

5 off existing PIR

use a texecom prmier 24 with com300 modem  and 8 zone expander and mount expander in the cp job don 16 zone system with prox rkps and pc coms via phone line
