Hi I wonder if someone could help me please.I have a Veritas R8 with 5 zones 2 keypads,2 panic

Buttons.We went away for the weekend came home electric Had triped alarm had gone over to battery and flattened both alarm panel and bell box, I turned electric back on alarm powered up and recharged but both key pads won't do anything every button you press has the same tone it seems to have locked out.The battery seems ok because if I disconnect from mains it lasts ages.Is it time for a new panel?

    I would remove all power , battery and mains , wait for 10 secs ,power up mains first , enter code to silence, then connect battery , close panel and press RESET.
