its only under a service contract not a maintenance contract. it states in the contract that a nother alarm company can do work to the system as long as they can still service it twice a year. its also not on police responce. its just using inputs 3 and 4 alarm and set.

hello. I have a control panel to change witch is connected with BT redcare. I don't have any worries about changing the panel but would just like some info about the redcare. do i need to contact the ARC first and tell them what i am doing or is there something else i need to do first? thank you for your time.
