I have an old, very old alarm system!
It uses a 4 wire CCL configuration which operated relays in a hard wired system.
I would like to upgrade so that I can update/upgrade with a few more detectors.
The Homelink 55 system appears to fit the bill as I reckon I could use it with my existing hard wire detectors and allow me to expand into new areas without doing more hardwiring ( add a few PIR's).
As I get my neighbours to check out the house and feed the pets while I am on holiday I like to keep entry/exit operation of the alarm system simple.
The question . . . can you utilise keyfobs into the Homelink 55 system giving the custodian a car remote type access device rather than proximity tags and key presses.
Many thanks
