Apologies, I have just checked the box and they are marked with the magnetic contact sticker. I assumed they were incorrect as I could not see the reed switch in the box, but I have just opened up the case on one of the sensors and the reed switch is inside this.

I have just sent an email to security warehouse, but it looks like this is the preferred method of communication so I have copied my message below.
I have just been and collected my order from the courier (order number 12574). Upon opening the package I have noticed that you have sent me the wrong product. I ordered 2 x Texecom IMPAQPlus With Built in Contact and you have sent me 2 x standard IMPAQPlus sensor without the contact.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but I need this sensors for a job I have booked in for wednesday. Please advise how you will replace these sensors in time.
