i have installed all the system , when i test the system for dialling a tel. no. it works , but when i make a test alarm activation , the speech dialler does not dial any numbers saved in it .

please advise?

i tried to part set the accenta Gen4  as described in manual , but when trying to set the system, only i can set programme one , it is said in the manual that while setting the system after entering the code we need to chose the program ( 1,2 or 3) , but it is not comming up.

please advise?
