Secware Posted October 10, 2011 Share Posted October 10, 2011 I have a playcentre which has the Videx ART836M external unit and two internal phones. The ambient noise within the playcentre is loud therefore the external call cannot be heard and we are losing business, as people cannot gain access to the centre. I would like to add two internal sounders (one beside each handset to boost the call signal when the external button is pressed, in addition when we pick up the internal phones the reception to external is poor. How long is the run etc if you have a dc based system then you can use this unit to boost call volume.
