I'm looking for a domestic alarm that supports 2 zones (one hardwired (ground floor) with 4 PIRs, one wireless (first floor) with 3 or 4 PIRs) + 2 keypads + keyfobs + a control panel that can dial out (PSTN or other). What can you recommend which is good value for money?

My Pyronix vocaliser has lost it's speech but still dials out upon activation. Also I cannot edit the the numbers it dials.What is the best replacement dialer/speech vocaliser I can replace it with or would a NVM chip replacement resolve this issue?

Hi, I wonder if you can help. I have an alarm system Networker ((Menvier) TS690R and need some additional wireless pir sensors. From what I can see they don't make the alarm system any more, but looking at your site it appears the Scantronic pir's maybe compatible?

I have two wire LS 400 alarm in my garage. I need a couple of new PIR sensors. Do any of your sensors work on a two wire system?

Purchased a 760ES and has the following problems; "The Siren is proper teached to the Control Unit with a high signal level. The Control Unit respont correctly to the two tamper switches wehnever they will be activated. The Siren dosen`t sound and flashes. It also dosen`t sounds when the Batterie will plug in. (referring to Info on Page 3 Installation Guide) It doesen`t sounds and flashes when the tamper switches will be activated." Can you confirm if the Siren would be faulty?

I wonder if you could help. I have a number of Aritech GS610 window sensors fitted in my home but they are not connected to the alarm box. could you tell me please which of thr 4 wires are power supply and which are sensors?

Hi, I've been looking into the Galaxy dimension system for my home for a few reasons, I need to protect the house and two out buildings and I like the IP/GPRS options. Now an oversight on my behalf is the use of RS485 between modules and remote panels, I'm used to systems like the the Honeywell G4. When doing up the house I've used 6 core standard cable, so my problem will be the cable to the remote panel by the front door. The length of this cable is under 10 metres, will I get away with this? As for the 2nd panel upstairs and a powered RIO out in the garage I can easily run cat5 cable. I don't normally ask questions like this but this cable has been run and plastered into the wall.

The instructions for this unit says that if the settings are changed the unit must be reset at the control Panel. I purchased these units to replace my existing unit and therefore do not have a Honeywell control unit or any functionality to reset PIRs. Can you tell what the reset process is? The anti - mask function, sounds a bit like anti-tamper, do you see any reason why the anti tamper and anti-mask relay out puts cannot be connected in series and both be in the anti-tamper circuit?

I need to add an additional control panel to my alarm system. The current panel is menvier ts700. Do have one which will be compatible with this or would you recommend installing 2 new control panels and if which ones please?

Do you have a wireless smoke detector with a remote sounder that I could use as a separate system? I need it for my detached garage which is some way from the house and am worried that I might not hear a standard smoke detector at night.

I am planning to import a comprehensive Visonic Power G2 System with many detectors into Germany. I understand that all components of the system have to be UK components in order to be compatible. Before ordering I need answers to the followings questions: Can the language of the Power Master 30 panel be changed from English to German? Will the Power Master 30 panel with the GSM-350 PG2 and the Powerlink 3 modules be able to communicate with Visonic’s PowerManage IP/GPRS-based Security Management Platform installed at a German central monitoring station? Will the alarm data and other data transmitted by the Power Master 30 panel to the CMS also be in German? Would I have access and full control of my Power G2 System through the Visonic2Go-App with Powerlink 3? Could I alternatively access and control my Power G2 System via an internetbrowser with Powerlink 3? Would there be an additional charge for the usage of the Visonic2Go-App, which as I understand runs on a Visonic Server. Does the powercord of the Power Master 30 panel have an UK 3 pronged plug or a 2 pronged plug? Which battery backup pack is installed in the panel of the Power Master 30 kit? Does the panel of the Power Master 30 kit have a built in siren?

Do you have any motion sensors with two contact sets ? So that it is possible to use one contact for alarm, and one for home automation ?

Hi, looking to but the Texecom Kit 2 32 Zone Wireless Kit with Sounder but have some questions. How is the Premier LCDP powered... batteries of PSU? I assume the LCDP is wireless to the main control box? I have a couple of locations I would like to 'hard wire' will any 'standard' PIR be suitable for this? Is it only 4 hard wired channels I can use? Think I need a cover for the bell box with this kit? please point in right direction for this please
